Public Good Software, founded by a pair of Obama campaign veterans in Chicago, seeks nothing less than to bring the non-profit world into the digital age and help improve fundraising and communication for this vitally important part of our economy. I wrote about their ingenious Do Public Good button, an experiment in social engagement that may be part of the solution we need to support better public-interest journalism.
